The Natelli Group Family is a Jimmy John’s franchise. Daivd and his father Joseph opened their first location in 2013 in Canton, Ohio and by 2023 had owned 10 Jimmy John’s in three counties. We treat our employees with respect and with the hope that they consider a career with us by developing a system where they can learn valuable skills and contribute to the growth of their success.

Hi, my name is Rodney Kimbrough. I had the honor of joining The Natelli Group Family in 2019 as a Manager in Training at the W. Tusc location in Canton. I knew, after a very short time, that I wanted to grow within this company. I dedicated myself 100% to my position to ensure that I proved I was capable of so much more. Four short months into my position I was promoted to General Manager! I couldn’t believe how quickly the company picked up on my performance and skills. The Natelli Group has taught me that having strong leadership skills will always make for a great TEAM. My everyday goal as a GM is not only maintaining the company expectations, but to be able to manage and meet the expectations of my employees as well. I truly enjoy being a part of THE NATELLI GROUP FAMILY!
